Hero Is Not in Inventory after a successful purchased

Sometimes, after a successful purchase, the hero does not arrive in your inventory immediately.  This may occur during periods of heavy marketplace usage and will resolve itself.  In the worst case, it will take days for the Hero to show in your inventory.

You can check your number of owned heroes on the Marketplace. If it showed your latest purchased heroes that means your heroes are on their way to your inventory.
