Bugged Heroes or Boxes on Marketplace
If you see the error below, it might be caused by one of the following reasons:
- Your wallet is locked. Please unlock it by clicking the extension on your browser and unlocking it with your password.
- You do not have enough gas fee (BNB) in your wallet.
- The Heroes (or Boxes) have already been purchased, and the marketplace has failed to update the latest items.
- The hero is bugged, and its owner will need to remove it from the marketplace and re-post it again.
