Our in-game tracking system has been activated in the Official version. When your account encounters the banning issue, please follow the instructions:
- Banned Account: Your account has been permanently banned from the server due to committing prohibited activities. You can send an appeal by sending the registration email and account name to Contact Us.
- Match matching is locked: Due to inappropriate behaviors, the tracking system will automatically temporarily lock the accounts to participate in the matches. Players can play normally after the banning time counts down.
